Hello Parents!

Testing this week has been awesome! Thank you for getting your children to school and on time. We have been doing make-up testing today and we will be all done tomorrow hopefully! Thank you, thank you!!!

I wanted to give you another little piece of news, I will be returning as principal next year. After some prayers and a nice talk with Father, I couldn't leave St. Catherine's. We have a wonderful school and I want to see it grow! So, you are all stuck with me another year!

A reminder that our Easter break is April 17-April 25. Please make a note of it.

Kindergarten graduation will be Wednesday, May 14 at 9:00 AM and 8th Grade Graduation will start with Mass on Thursday, May 15 at 8:30. Time has flown by this year!

If you know of any students in the Roosevelt or Phoenix Elementary districts whose schools are closing, tell them about St. Catherine's! Enrollment is ongoing for next year.

We won a $35,000 award from Catholic Community Foundation to fix our Intercom system. They will be starting this work very shortly if you see some workers around the school. We are very excited that this is being done.

On Friday, April 11, we will have the live stations performed by 7th grade at 8:30. 8th grade will perform the Last Supper on Wednesday, April 16. Time to be announced.

¡Los exámenes de esta semana han sido geniales! Gracias por traer a sus hijos a la escuela a tiempo. Hoy hemos estado haciendo exámenes de recuperación y esperamos terminar mañana. ¡Muchas gracias!

Quería darles otra noticia: regresaré como directora el año que viene. Después de algunas oraciones y una agradable charla con el padre, no podía irme de St. Catherine's. ¡Tenemos una escuela maravillosa y quiero verla crecer! ¡Así que me acompañan un año más!

Les recuerdo que nuestras vacaciones de Pascua son del 17 al 25 de abril. Por favor, tomen nota.

La graduación de kínder será el miércoles 14 de mayo a las 9:00 a. m. y la de octavo grado comenzará con la misa el jueves 15 de mayo a las 8:30 p. m. ¡El tiempo se nos ha pasado volando este año!

Si conocen a algún estudiante de los distritos de primaria Roosevelt o Phoenix cuyas escuelas estén cerrando, ¡cuéntenle sobre St. Catherine's! La inscripción para el próximo año está abierta.

Recibimos un premio de $35,000 de la Fundación Comunitaria Católica para reparar nuestro sistema de intercomunicación. Comenzarán con este trabajo muy pronto si ven a algunos trabajadores cerca de la escuela. Estamos muy emocionados de que se esté realizando.

El viernes 11 de abril, tendremos la presentación en vivo de las estaciones a cargo de 7.º grado a las 8:30 p. m. El 8.º grado presentará la Última Cena el miércoles 16 de abril. La hora se anunciará próximamente.
